fell and got smiths fracture, distal radius pushing over ulna the reverse of colles fracture left wrist drs pulled in place but it hasnt held. i should have had cast over elbow but instead had short cast and was encouraged to move my arm all directions Anyway, a plate usually is advised with this type of fracture and now they say i do need it drs are not optimistic about my fingering fiddle in future shoul i plea for wires instead of plate? also if i switch and bow with left wrist am i likely to learn to bow well enough with plaied wrist? any similar experiences?
