How sad! I don't log on to Mudcat often these days, but every time I do some bad news seems to be waiting. Now it's Kat. Like most posters, I never met her in person, but I enjoyed and admired her posts. I admired her even more when I learned what adversity she had to cope with due to her poor health. It's good to know she had such a close and supportive family circle. We exchanged PMs while she was working on her father's book and I was doing a similar project. She was an inspiration, and as has been said, Mudcat won't be the same after her passing. RIP, katlaughing!
