Richard, they're pleading for legal folks to help them. Could you step in? Or do you know anyone who could?

The Covenant which could stop/delay fracking in Balcombe

LOOK at what these BASTARDS did last week...and now they're are far, far more of them. Yesterday they surrounded a woman who was 8 months pregnant, getting her, and others, to move away by circling them into the place they wanted them to be. This is OUTRAGEOUS!!

What the police did last Friday....

They have the title deeds, or copies, should I say.

>>>"This is regarding the covenant I mentioned in a previous post.......via Kate Nye.....This was presented this afternoon from Balcombe to Cuadrilla, it was read out and ITV filmed it... I wonder will it get air coverage? My understanding is that this can be lodged as a Civil action now against them through the court but that this will take time.."<<<

>>>Dear Sir,

I attach a restrictive covenant applying to the land at Lower Stumble.

You are bound by this covenant and it says

"4. No noisy noxious offensive or dangerous trade business or occupation shall at any time be carried on upon the land hereby conveyed or in any buildings thereon and the same shall not at any time be used to the nuisance annoyance injury or danger of the houses or land adjoining or near thereto or the owners or occupiers thereof."

We call on you to cease your noisy, noxious, offensive and dangerous activities, according to the restrictive covenant on the title attached.

Yours faithfully,<<<
