Joe, I picked up a copy for you last week of the Lingenfelter book, but it can sit quite proudly on my shelf. I'll keep am eye out for the other.

I've just recently combed through 'Best Loved' and 'Hard Hitting' for missing tunes. I actually found 'Hard Hitting' somewhat of a disappointment in terms of its utility as a reference source, but I'm sure that you view it through different eyes - and I'm not American just yet.
