A great weekend; as Pat says it was it was a fantastic piece of serendipity to finish singing The Red Flag at Jim Larkin's statue, only to see the anti-austerity march come up O'Connell Street. It brought history to life.

Pat's own song about the 1913 Lockout 'The Martyr James Byrne' was one of the many highlights of the walking tour, but credit especially to Francie Devine for his part in planning and guiding the walk.

Thanks to everyone at the Góilín for such a wonderful time! Can't wait until next year.

Matthew
