According to a 1980 copy of the Observer's Book of Folk Song in Britain I have here, Stan Kelly was born in 1929 and was one of the leading figures of the revival. He was a singer/songwriter and guitarist but became `lost' to the world of computer consultancy.(I seem to recall hearing he went to the USA but I may well be wrong). And yes, he wrote Liverpool Lullaby.
