That sounds a bit naughty. In Europe, electronics products are supposed to have a CE mark showing they conform to laid-down standards, which in the case of EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) are quite stringent. OTOH, interference could still happen if the radio aerial is too near the camera, e.g. camera on the upper windscreen and aerial on the roof just above.
