Before all the northerners put the chips back on their shoulders it would be interesting to know if the emphasis on the capital city is more or less than in other countries. Why should London have the best of everything. Arts funding in the north has been cut drastically in the last 2 years. The museums group wanted to shut down a northern museum yet when you saw they get, it seems to me that it was greed centred around London. Keith
