Thank you pdq. Guest CS, my home had been vandalised so had gone into a poor state (not my fault) but it certainly wasn't a house clearance. I feel like I have been treated as a dead person, or a non-person even. The whole affair has triggered a bad instance of stress and has put me onto medication. Thank you for your concern.
