Just saw this receipe in a magazine. Referred to as a comfort-food receipe. I haven't tried it yet but hope to sometime soon. If anyone reading this prepares it, please let me know if you liked it. BAKED SPAGHETTI 1 lb. of ground beef (or ground turkey) 16 oz. of your favorite spaghetti sause (mine is Ragu spaghetti sause) 1 lb. of spaghetti noodles 1 egg, beaten 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F.) 2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain fat and then add sauce. 3. In a seperate pot, cook and drain noodles according to package directions. 4. Add egg and Parmesan cheese to noodles; mix well. 5. Place noodles in bottom of greased 9"x 13" casserole dish. 6. Top with sauce mixture. 7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. 8. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8
