Hallooo everybody :-) 4 servings per rabbit Arrange in a tinfoil pouch one rabbit joint wrapped in bacon with one 5" browned Cumberland sausage, loads of onion, good pinch of Herbs de Provence, and a good glug of brandy or whisky. Fold over and seal pouch, cook in pre -heated (180F) oven for a couple of hours or until meat is to you liking.... Enjoy.. Regards to all...Spot
