If you want one to learn and find your way around, why not see if anyone is giving one away on your local Freecycle or Freegle. When you move up to a better one (although you might even get a cracker on Freecycle or Freegle), give the first away in the same manner you got it. Help each other and encourage others to do this and keep instruments off the scrapheap.
