There's an old Geordie song which goes something like this: " Come up and see your granny, come up and see her noo, come up and see your granny cos she's all brand new, She wears a tartan Kilt, she wears it in the Fashion" There's lots more but I can't remember it. It is obviously based on the Scots song Come Up and See My Garrett with roughly the same tune. My granny used to sing it to me over 60 years ago and it was very popular on coach trips but I have never been able to find the full lyrics. Can anybody help?
