As well as our usual 1530AM transmissions in the Glasgow area, and our worldwide internet/mobile streams, Celtic Music Radio will be available on DAB digital radio across a large part of the UK during January. This will allow us to take our Celtic Connections broadcasts, and the "Folk for the Clutha" concerts, to a larger audience. Our DAB broadcast goes live on 9 January, and will stay on air until the end of Celtic Connections. We'll be available on about a third of the UK's DAB transmitters. In Scotland, we'll be available throughout Ayrshire, with some coverage into parts of Glasgow. Elsewhere, you'll be able to receive us in Berkshire & North Hampshire, Bristol, Cambridge, Cornwall, Coventry, Essex, Kent, Leicester, Norwich, Nottingham, Peterborough, Plymouth, South East Wales, Sussex Coast, Swindon, West Wiltshire, and the Wolverhampton areas. To check if you'll be able to hear us, twiddle the tuning dial on your DAB radio and look for a channel called "PopUp Radio". If you can receive that, you'll be able to tune in to our broadcasts from 9 January. I hope you'll be able to tune in to some of our broadcasts during Celtic Connections - and if you're in the area, come and visit us at Adelaides - the same venue as the Open Stage - we'll be there every day from 11. http://www.celticmusicradio.net
