So, gnu, yer bored, huh? Well....try callin' 911 and act like you are yer own neighbor, see? And say, "That lunatic next door to me has been firin' off guns randomly from his house. He shot my dog and then shot the letter carrier. He says he wants to kill all the cops in this county. He has himself barricaded in there and we are all afraid to even go outside. Now he's firin' off mortar rounds! Send help fast!" Then give 'em the address to yer place and wait for the fun to begin. You will not be bored for long.
