From your boss to you as the Chief of Safety "Hey, Dave, you know that can crusher we put in the hall outside of the XXXXX? Well, you better come on down here." Cait, it is even easier to loose a couple of fingers in a simple manually operated can crusher, believe me! And then the next user discovered that we had not considered the possibility of the finger ends still being in the bottom of the can crusher, calling to ask me to come down and see what he found in the bottom of the can crusher.
