Bert, I was perfectly serious when I said I wondered if the estate agent was dyslexic. I know all about the subject, having been a teacher for thirty years. One of the 'signs' of dyslexia, as you may know, is reversal of simple words, such as 'sag' for 'gas'. While I have every sympathy for anyone with a disability, one has to match employees to their jobs. One wouldn't for example employ a profoundly deaf person in a call centre. And if the work of an estate agent involves compiling text about a property, one would expect that person not to suffer from dyslexia. The condition is far from a joke.
