Yup Mike died in sept of 1992.(I think) He was indeed killed in a MVA. My husband worked his accident. Mike was a personal friend of mine. I had followed his career since through the window album. I had the pleasure of playing music with mike while he was living in Foley, Missouri and working at park and fly at the airport. He taught me a whole lot as a musician. He never pulled punches with me. I still sing a few of his songs now and then. I would love to make a tribute recording with fellow admirers. Anyone? froggietune@gmail.com
