Crunchy PB for me on a crispbread thin layer of butter first, topped with some cream cheese and cucumber. I am fond of PB with banana too but it all depends on my mood sometimes one of each if I cannot make up my mind. It would be interesting to use it in a recipe though, Eliza could you let me know of any to try? I have always fancied that it would go well with chicken and rice. As peanut butter is quite a distinctive taste already is it necessary to add any extra herbs / seasoning to it? |
