We don't know how the jury acted! But, we can speculate! And, I'm speculating that 38 hrs is far too long for there have not to have been a number of jurers who had their "the beyond reasonable" doubts stance turned around. Indeed, why are't we privy to what went on in the jury room? Talk about lack of transparency!
