I thought it was a fabulous festival. Festivals can't control the Fringe and disputes over charging were easily resolved at Clecky by the very accessible Festival office in the Townhall where there was always a commitee member available. Hope Mr Happy does go again -its a very friendly festival in a very friendly town.
