Guilt is anger turned inward. If you are beating yourself up over not posting often enough (by your standards) here, take a good hard look at what is going on in your life. Why are you angry? Who is the culprit? Sort it out and be kinder to yourself.

Meantime, I am mourning the loss of my youngest brother. He was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and died less than a month later. One day he working full time and fine, the next he was bedridden and wasting away. Never let a day go by without telling the people you love that they are precious to you.
