31 fluid??? Are you a water tank? Your water use is nonsensical. Six-eight glasses usually normal for those engaged in sedentary work.

Have you tried just gargling with the water? Physicians recommend sugarless gum, a saliva substitute, or melting bits of ice in your mouth.

Consultation (again?) with a specialist physician is needed!
