I have only just seen this. I remember nearly every word from this speech from liza of lambeth staged at the Shaftesbury theatre london. My dad worked in the theatres so I saw lots of the rehearsals. Hope this helps sorry it's so late. I come down from Wigan to see London Town, I only come down for the day. I'd once been to morecombe and so had me dad, It's the usual trip for a Lancashire lad. Well on lavender hill I fell in with our lil, 'I'm not stopping' I said, she said 'right' I woke up on Sunday and I'd been married that Saturday night. From that day forth I've been no father north than tott-en-ham and Eee that were last May, 23 bloody year I've been stopping down here and I only come down for the day.
