Guess I should have said Getaway 2014 memories. And stories, And maybe some links to photos.

I'm still in a daze, got home today, slept for 6 hours, made & ate dinner, will probably go back to sleep now. Bill is falling asleep as I write, I do believe.

This is the Folklore Society's 50th year in existence and as Caroline Paton said on Friday, it was Old Home Week. So many wonderful friends who have shared these weekends over the years and in a lot of cases, over the decades.

And then there were the people who have never been to a Getaway before and we're all crossing our fingers in hopes they'll be back soon.

As always, there were more magic moments than I have words to tell about -- at least until I get some sleep.

Love to every single person I hugged this weekend, and to all the people I missed. Abby Sales and I agreed this morning, that if we had spent even 15 minutes talking to every person we really wanted to chat with, we wouldn't have gotten in any music at all!
