The same here in san Francisco. I live in a beautiful 1897 victorian apartment with a Captains Quaters, fairly sized living room with fireplace and queen sized sofa bed as well as a guest room in what I call a sun room. Its in Pacific Heights, and the neighbors (part of the Getty clan are just some of my next door neighbors)are used to musical jamming. And even better, I live alone so there is plenty of room.
