4. Favorite authors/type of book? Folklore, humorous & music hall stuff, local histories, local cookbooks, whatever instinctively seems right.

6. What type of music do you like? Anglo-American traditional, humorous spoken word, storytellers, Middle Eastern music.

7. What CDs have you really been wanting? If you're in Canada, anything with Penny Lang. If you're in England, Taffy Thomas's Take These Chains From My Heart. (I loaned and lost again. When will I ever learn...) Also, anything local to your area.

10. Do you collect anything? if so, what? I sort of accumulate anything interesting, small, and not cutsey.

11. What are some of your other hobbies? Counted cross-stitch and embroidery, I'm starting kumihimo (Japanese braiding). Also a fan of Japanese animation and graphic novels (anime and manga).

Please include anything else you feel is important that would help your Secret Santa know what you would like Eatables and potables are nice, likewise interesting spices and condiments (nothing mouth-burning hot, please). Christmas ornaments are nice. In general, If you like it, I probably will.
