What do you mean by 'the bottom part'? Do you mean the pin cover? I can sell you one, but I'm not sure what the rules are here regarding conducting business on this forum.

For a simpler solution if you are handy in the workshop, go to a hardware or home improvement store and buy a length of WAINSCOT CAP. It's not expensive and can be converted quite easily into a suitable replacement for the pin cover.
