Carols, candles, mince pies by the fire at Lewes Saturday Folk Club Saturday 20th. December, 8.00 - 11.00 p.m. Elephant & Castle, lewes, East Sussex UM BN7 2DJ We light the open fire and lots of candles and serve home-made mince pies tonight. Bring your Christmas party piece or choose a carol from our book for everyone to sing. Thrill to our minimalist panto. Wear a ball gown if you like. Everyone is welcome, especially if you'd like to sing or play. We mostly sing and play traditional music from the British Isles, but we enjoy other styles as well. We always start off with some English dance tunes for anyone with an instrument to join in. We have a loyalty card. Six visits earn you £5 off an evening when admission is £5 or more.
