I had been aware that Avril had spent time in Hospital but I was shocked to hear of her death. It's been a while since I had been to the Deal Folk Club and had lost touch. She was without doubt a great singer in her own right and when performing a duet with Sue it was, I believe very special. She will be sadly missed Andrew
