The behaviour I've seen on this thread is pathetic. If all you can offer is childish insults and personal abuse, it's probably best to stick to crayons, poppet. If you disagree with Keith's premise, do it like a grown-up. Cite primary and secondary sources and argue your case. But perhaps it's easier to join in the gang and just start kicking.
Reading these replies reminds me why I left the Muscat and why I felt ashamed to be part of the English folk scene.
