The cause of YOUR finger pain might not be the cause of MY finger pain. But I'll give you a couple of gentle suggestions that might help ... I hope so: I weaned myself off of Caffeined coffee. It was surporisingly easy and diminished my pain in my fingers and joints. Also, I was advised to avoid potatoes and tomatoes. Any plant in the "nightshade family." The absence of spuds brought immediate relief, within 5 days. Amazing. So perhaps try it ... it might be a cheap fix. CHEERS, bob(deckman)nelson
