Murpholly Lyr Req: The Merry Widow Waltz (Franz Lehar) (16) RE: Lyr Req: The Merry Widow Waltz (Franz Lehar) 15 Mar 15

The song comes from the light opera of the same name which was obviously written in German. There have been several translations into English but this is the one usually used by the amateur groups or as much as I can remember

Love unspoken, Word unbroken, All life through
Bells are playing, Here them saying
Love me do
Here the echo answer Do you love me true
All the world's in Love with love and I love you

I hear the music play; It carries me away
Upon the clouds of sweet __________

Repeat chorus
