As i sit down to write this i kind of ask myself why i am doing it, and to tell you the truth i really don't have a good answer. All i know is that i've had this itch in my skull for about a week now and i wanna do somthing about it. In my 24 years on this earth i have probably experienced as much as most people twice my age, and when i look back on thse experiences I try to learn somthing from them. Some of the lessons learned are rather profound and others quite trivial. I know how i am and know that i could never just sit down and say this stuff, but for some reason the thoughts that comes to my head can flow easily from my brain to my fingers. I think i'm just gonna start now.

I've learned that no matter what happens to you in this life, the world doesn't owe you a damn thing I've learned that baby's aren't quite as fragile as one might think(still freaks me out a little to hold them, they're so little)
I've learned that people will never cease to amaze me, either by the depth of their humanity or the shallowness of their soul
I've learned that petting and animal can be better for you than any kind of therapy(even though my cat is destroying my kitchen as i type)
I've learned to depend on no one 100%, except mom
I've learned that there are people dumb enough to wash their cars when its twenty degrees(this one just tonight)
I've learned that fair or unfair and right or wrong have very little to do with reality
I've learned that a childs laugh can lift the weight of the world from your shoulder.........and the scorn of a loved one can put it right back
I've learned that those defenses we spend years to build up around our hearts can be shattered in a moment
I've learned that with enough money you can get away with anything
I've learned that one of the things that scares me most in life is never finding that one person i'm meant to be with forever
I've learned that the one thing that scares me more than that is finding her, and then somehow losing her
I've learned that there is not necessarily good in everyone
I've learn you find out who your true friends are when you can cry on their shoulder in a drunker stupor and they never mention it to you afterwards
I've learned that which does not kill us makes us stronger............for a while, one can only get so strong, then that which does not kill us just plain sucks
I've learned that there is nothing quite so nice as a woman's touch
I've learned that those we thought were good turned out to be petty and shallow
I've learned that the world can be falling down around you and some people will laugh
I've learned that most of us put our parents through pure hell and we should apologize for it(i've already done it)
I've learned that I should tell people i care about them, not just assume they'll figure it out
I've learned that people should say "your welcome" more often than "no problem"
I've learned that every once in a while we all need to say "fuck it" and walk away...........but sooner or later we need to go back and fix the problem
I've learned that kids can be more cruel in thier innocents than adults can be in malice
I've learned that the internet and computer games can be more addictive than any drug
I've learned that I can quit smoking any time i want.........problem is i don't want to
I've learned that owning a home is a huge pain in the ass
I've learned that you lose those that you love no matter what you want...........the only thing you can do about it is remember the good times
I've learned that those people who think they know it all should shut up for a minute and maybe they'd learn somthing new
I've learned that by admitting to my mistakes I take power over them
