Salicylic acid in a 10% solution is used to peel a layer of skin. My daughter used it to lessen the effect of scaring but it didn't work very well. The doctor did say it is quite effective in removing the top layer of the cornea though! I guess the conjunctivitis was caused by some minor irritation. |
