I figured out my second question. The Norland Wind was recorded as "Wild Geese" not as "South Wind" by Jean Redpath on "A Fine Song for Singing." I guess I will have to ask Joe Offer why it is not in the database. South Wind is one of the two most beautiful tunes in the world IMUO. (The other is Shebag and Shemore.) It is all over the Internet. Here are two versions of South Wind, as a song on You Tube: (1) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhOPMf6MFXg. (2) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iIQye357lo According to the first one: "Recorded by Archie Fisher who credits it to Donal O'Sullivan. Jean Redpath, who also recorded it, thinks it traditional."
