The PBS Saturday cooking shows are on as I work around the house today. This morning I am updating an older but still functional computer by adding a small USB WiFi device so I don't have to plug this into a data port. The computer uses a wall-mounted LCD television as the monitor, and the television also is connected to a bluray player that needs a dataport. So this way I won't have to plug and unplug devices and can use them simultaneously if I choose. A computer in the kitchen is particularly handy for looking up recipes or answers during cooking. I never would have bought a computer for the kitchen, this was simply reassigned when I got the new one for my office. It's Win 7, and I don't know if I'm going to bother to update it to Win 10. It might be too old for that. Off to putter. Enjoy your weekends, and I hope a few folks who normally lurk will report in on their progress.
