Four years to the day that Sassy hit her head in a fall and nearly died. Memories of that day are vivid and horrible. Four years later Sassy has recovered a lot however still has a few major issues. Her sight is erratic with extreme photophobia, double vision, nystagmus and an inability to look upwards. However her mobility itself has improved dramatically and with the help of a rollator she can move about quickly. Last year she had a total knee replacement which has helped a lot, however she now suffers from a subluxation of the left shoulder which means that she can't use her arm very efficiently. Notwithstanding this we have survived as a unit. Our two sons continue their musical careers. Last year Dom played at an international festival in Zante and is doing so again this year. Sam has continued gigging and having collaborated with a few bands is now performing solo again. He recently has had some interest from an independent label in the states and they are keen to remix and release his EP " Heavy Water" As for moi I am enjoying the benefits of a cardiac pacemaker fitted 2 months ago an therefore we are fit enough for the festival season.
