Thank you for sharing, VT! The house is lovely. What a clever use of space the kitchen, the dryer(?) under the counter with the single leg. And the sunroom is to die for. Having a view - priceless!

We did an early birthday lunch today for my child who will be traveling for the next few months, missing a birthday celebration in the process. Before lunch, said child did some decluttering in the bedroom closet, laying out a lot of t-shirts and trousers that no longer fit and can to go the thrift shop, and a few on eBay. The closet is still jammed full, but there is a better path down the middle of it now.

Dorothy, that is an encouraging amount of work and organizing going on at the new house. And it's good to be flexible, if you find a bargain destined for one use, that actually ends up being better someplace else.
