Despite his non attendance tonight, the rookery joined Goff and yours truly for a warm up session in Tickhill last night.

So... Tonight. The Wheatsheaf in Belton. 8.30pm. Admission is as ever via the secret password. (Go to the bar and say "put a pint of Batemans for Ian please mine host.)

The rookery isn't supplying any raffle prizes tonight but we'll raffle his banjo anyway for gratuitous reasons.

Martin Simpson tweeted recently that he was driving through Belton. It's a hint. Nothing else, you understand but the pub is half way between his manager and his guitar man.
