Great thread. It may have been Jimmy LaFave who did the Austin City Limits thing. He also does (my favorite)a killer version of "You're A Big Girl Now." Joe Cocker's version of "Just Like A Woman" also manages to kick a little arse.

I also love Dylan's cover of PeeWee King's "You Belong To Me."
