I don't know, nor can find, where Mudcatters have mentioned Arne. I'm trying to identify this well known piece - well known to students and teachers in the 50-60s, as an interval piece during schools programmes on ITV http://www.sub-tv.co.uk/mp3s/atv_sch_interlude_60s_2.MP3 Some reckon it is called Finale to'A Dance Suite'. What I'd like to know is which orchestra recorded this, which I understood was written for harpsichord students. also, if there have been more recent recordings, as the quality of this isn't very good.
