I have the LP of Crooked Oak on which the track appears but nothing at present on which to play it. Have you tried Googling Tom Hadaway or "God Bless Thee Jackie Madison" to see if the words are anywhere there?
Otherwise I'll try for you one I acquire the means of playing the album.
BTW Steve Evans lives out in Jamaica or somewhere like that these days but he is on Facebook.
