I read at the back of a Bob Dylan bio. that a guy at his High School actually wrote Blowing In The Wind. The chap has constantly refused to deny or admit that he wrote the song.
Maybe he's already been paid off or then again, maybe he's enjoying the attention.
Bob is/was notorious for 'sampling' other folks' stuff.
The BBC broadcasted a programme highlighting this a few years ago.
