Had mine a couple of weeks back and no reaction at all this year (it is not a live virus in the UK at least) except for a sore arm for a few hours two days later. I have been having mine for years and generally have no side effects. On the two occasions I did I think it coincidental I got cold like symptoms around the time I had had the injection.
