I walked miles more than usual today and my body is complaining. My mom and I took Jeremiah to a place called Iron Kettle Farm in Candor, NY. We went on a hay ride and walked all over the place checking out the displays of pumpkin people made into nursery rhyme characters/cartoon characters. We have gone every year since Jeremiah was a baby. They have farm animals to feed (some different ones than we have at home) and just general fun stuff. It is the first year that Jeremiah has really been into it....he is all tuckered out too. We also stopped at a junk/fun shop on the way home...another hour or so of walking around.

Mom had a little bit of a health issue while we were out...she's ok...really wish she'd get to the doctor....but we decided it would be best if I did the driving for the rest of the day. I drove maybe 100 miles...not much but I am without my glasses right now which makes for some tired eyes. Upon getting back to this area, I drove to where I had left my borrowed car, which is standard and I just learned how to drive yesterday...and made it home just fine. I think I really like driving a stick shift...it's FUN! :)   Photos to be uploaded shortly after I tuck my sweet little man into bed.

It's been a day well lived but man....my body is NOT happy.

Michelle
