"Reminds me of the final delay as the official release of his 2 CD set on Napoleon was due - the booklets wouldn't fit into the case! Regards" I remember hearing that they had to use the finest paper possible in order to make this booklet fit into the CD case. The stuff they finally used was the same as that used in the Gideon bibles. Mine still rips a bit more every time I take it out! A very impressive piece of work... Ian
