GUEST,Lin Jackie DeShannon cover/Eric Von Schmitt (4) Jackie DeShannon cover/Eric Von Schmitt 27 Dec 15

I have an old folk LP by Jackie DeShannon called, "In the Wind" on Imperial Records, year released, 196?   Year not on LP or on record jacket.
She does mostly folk cover songs and I think one original.

Jackie does a nice cover of Eric Von Schmitt's "Baby Let Me Follow You Down." However, she sings throughout the song, "Baby Let Me Follow You Round."

Only one time does she actually sings "Baby Let Me Follow You Down" near the end of the song, but mostly sings the line as, "Baby Let Me Follow You Round."

Does anyone actually know the reason she would have changed the word from "Down" to "Round" when covering this song?
