I heard that on the news too. What a cruel sick joke for a son to play on his 62 year old mother and tell her that she was a winner in the billion dollar Powerball lottery! How low can a person go - especially a son making his mother think she had won.
Now they are saying on the news that the actual winner who won from the 7/11 store in Chino Hills, CA has not come forward and neither have the other two winners in two other states.
They say on the news that in California that the winner CANNOT remain anonymous and they will reveal your name once they know you are a winner. If I won, I would be totally scared once my name was made public.

No one would leave you alone anymore. A billion dollars - too much money for me - I would be happy with just 1 million and even then you wouldn't be left alone. People would come out of the woodwork.
You would really have to be careful. Ha! The most I ever won on lottery ticket was $2.00.
