Tom Blackburn is an up-and-coming folk singer and guitarist originally from Wales and now based in Oxford. He plays traditional folk and original instrumental pieces with an intricate acoustic twist. Finding his influences in Nic Jones, Martin Simpson and John Doyle, Tom is known for his melodic, precise guitar style and heartfelt take on traditional English and Irish songs. Having featured at folk clubs all over London, he has just released his debut EP called 'Tell-Tale'. "A young, classy guitarist who delivers a trad song with intensity and sincerity. A fine turn".
